#Problems accessing Xbox Cloud Gaming Account

I have Minecraft on my Macbook. I tried to access my Minecraft account by clicking on "Manage Account" in the Minecraft launcher. It took me to a website that told me to Sign In to my Microsoft account, which I did, but after I finished entering my username and password it says:

"You signed out of your account
It's a good idea to close all browser windows."

I did what was asked and closed all my browser windows and tried again but the same thing appears and I have no way to access my Xbox account. I tried Microsoft support but there was nothing that helped me.

Why would it say that I signed out of my accounts if I just signed in? How do I fix this?

That is a common error I hit on my iPad or desktop every day. Just close the browser window and open a new one, go to Xbox.com, and log in again
