Have you tried installing DSWindows?

Does ds4windows not show it as a connected controller at all?
Does steam recognize it?

well thats the problem i cant get the game on steasm bc of xbox game pass. and ds4 dose not show i have a controller

Steam settings will help detect your controller you don’t need to buy black ops 6 through steam

But if dswindows doesn’t see it then it sounds like your controller is not connected to your computer which wouldn’t be related to game pass
