Hello, just yesterday I had this weird problem where my controller's triggers and sticks won't work right, for example the left trigger doesnt register at all, and the right one only give a 100% input, same for stick where it's only 100% inputs, what's even worse is that the left stick keep facing different directions by itself, especially bottom left. It's a wired controller btw and using it on windows 10.

Can anyone tell me what should I do ?

Does it have the same issues on other devices or just your computer specifically? If it is the latter, I would see if the controller needs any updates or if there are driver updates regarding controller support for the games you play. If the issue happens to be the former, I would see about getting it repaired either under warranty or by a technician

Given that this is spontaneous, I kind of doubt that there are sudden hardware issues, but it's worth looking into, especially if this also happens on multiple devices

it happens on different devices both updated and not updated ones, I should also mention that it's not an original model it an @play model and tbh it I remember it fell on the ground, not a fall that is different from many previous ones, but the weird thing is that all analogous inputs are gone, with left trigger totally not registering, and legt stick giving random inputs.

I also was trying to make it work in a windows 7 if that brings a thing

I’m not familiar with @play, but if this started right after a fall, it wouldn’t be difficult to assume that it just fell one too many times and broke. I guess just to be sure, does it sound like stuff’s rattling around in your controller when you shake it? If not, I really don’t know what to tell you other than trying to get another one or sending it to a technician to try and get it repaired

nope, there are no sounds and it even feels the same

I found the problem and the fix, Thank God

so it seems the problem was when I was trying to make it work with windows 7 and at a time when I plugged the controller I was holding down on the d-pad which made it enter calibration mode
