#ethernet connection

ok so this problem just started yesterday
when i use my ethernet cord my xbox won’t connect to the internet.
i have tried buying a new ethernet cord, resetting the xbox and restarting my router.
nothing works at all.
without the cord, it will connect to the internet but i have very high ping
please help

have you tested the enternet port with a other device to see if the same thing happens?

that would be the thing too do if it happens on the other device then its the port on the router/modem. If the other device is fine then its the port on the xbox

it just randomly came back on

like i was trying to test the network to see if it would do something

it didn’t but when it took me back to the main xbox menu it says i’m connected
