Thing is I can't contact the accounts responsible because one of then Is a person idk and the other is my brother who I'm not even sure uses xbox anymore. And my Microsoft account is set to 22 years old do I have to set it older or smth?

@rustic thicket Thanks for posting! Please remember, support here is volunteer-based and not official. Be patient after posting, and don’t spam or ask in other channels.
If your issue is about accounts, billing, contact Xbox Support directly.
If your issue is related to an Enforcement action, no one here can help.

To help us help you, make sure to answer:

  • What did you try to do and what happened? (Be specific—mention your Xbox model, PC version, Insider ring, or anything relevant.)
  • **What have you tried to do to fix it already? **(List everything you’ve done to fix it.)
  • Have you searched the error code or for similar problems? (Tell us what you found.)

If you don’t answer these, you might not get a response.

if there was away to Bi pass family settings by the child account then that would defeat the purpose of said settings.

You need too wait till your 18 to be able to control those settings changing your DOB will not make you 18

You need to wait until you are 18 and then you be able too change the settings yourself.

A “random guy you don’t know” should not have access to your account or be part of your family group.

Whatever parent is in charge of the group should resolve that issue. If they can’t figure out how to remove the other person they may need to contact official support for assistance.
