im getting something that says Additional Authentication needed when i try to connect to my wifi

i already tried entering the mac address, i tried resetting my console, i tried resetting my wifi router

that should only happen when your using a network that needs an account log in like using a public network in a café or collage

If your getting this on your own private connection then it will be a router setting that's likely causing it and you need too speak too the manufacture of said router or your internet provider

If you are using a public network then you need too select Authenticate and that will open edge on your console so you can sign in

Yea I called AT&T and ig he didn’t rlly help me

yeah well thats just either poor customer service or lack of training. They dont want there staff spending time on the phone with customers explaining these things because it takes to much time. Sometimes you get a agent that knows what they doing.
