As we all know, gaming headsets don't always have the best microphones and some people like to get into podcasting, streaming, voice acting, etc. Generally, people don't like having to spend money on multiple products that serve the same purpose, especially due to compatibility issues. As headset mics can have terrible quality at times, what are some of your recommendations for standalone microphones that are compatible with at least Xbox and your typical computer (given that they're of good quality and don't require paid/ expensive software to use)?
