#Game pass Ultimate/Xbox live gold

Hey,

So I bought Xbox live off cdkeys and the code works but when I enter it says “something went wrong”. Before I typed the code in I ended my ultimate game pass which should end on the 24th, do I have to wait till that officially ends before I can put the Xbox gold live on?

I tried resetting and that never fixed it and it never gave an error code for me to search up

If you have a pc or laptop try the account page if ya can or on a smart phone . if not not sure what to do

You do not need to wait for a subscription to end to add additional time as long as it doesn’t take you beyond the limit.

You can have up to 36 months on your account. That means if you have 34 months you can’t redeem a 3 month card.

It is very possible that you bought a code that can’t be used where you live or by you. Cdkeys sells many things they shouldn’t.

Aren’t Game pass ultimate and Xbox Live different?

Xbox live was renamed to core. Ultimate includes core.

You can use either type of code when you have either subscription. You’ll end up with ultimate if you start with it or if the new code is ultimate.

Yes and I’d stick to buying codes from Amazon or Xbox.Com or your local gaming store

When I go to redeem it on the web browser it says about converting it and giving me less time than what I paid for

What if I don’t wanna convert it and get my full year I paid for

if you have core adn you apply an ultiamte code, it will convert your core time to an equivalent dollar amount of ultimate time.

i think the ratio is like 4:3 or something

it isn't optional.

if it was optional then you'd have found a secret loophole to get huge amounts of ultimate for free

if you currently have ultimate, and you attempt to apply a core code, the time on the new core code will be converted to an equivalent dollar amount of ultimate time.

you can't have ultimate, then buy a cheap year of core and expect to get a full year of ultimate for that price
