any idea why is this happening (black screen when i try to log in and it says "You're not connected to the internet") ?
im trying to play bo6 on the xbox app, my friend gifted me the game pass :D
(i always turn off windows updates, but this time i turned it on + xbox services) still nothing changed..

I tried turning on Xbox Services such as:
-Xbox Live Auth Manager
-Xbox Live Game Save
-Xbox Live Networking Service
-Windows Update

and it still didnt work

Black Ops 6 isn't out yet so you can't play it now.

I know that doesn't resolve your login issue, but just letting you know for when you do solve that problem.
