today i connected my old xbox one and after i connected it it needed an update and i did it and after the update it log out my account and i dont know the email or the password and the forgot email or password didnt help me at all the only thing i know is my gamer tag is there a way to prove to xbox/microsoft that i own this gamer tag / account without being logged in so they will give me my account back or any other way to log in to it with only gamer tag?
i tried almost every email and phone number i know an the eror code is 0x80a4001a but it says to delete the account completely from the console so i cant do that because i will lose my only hope seeing my gamer tag and his picture so what do i do???
