You could try resetting the entire Xbox if you wanna reinstall the games because I don’t know why other tricks unless somebody else knows
If that dosnt fix id check if it still had a warranty

There are wall adapters that let you put Ethernet through your wall

Sometimes your ISP will provide them for free if you’re having issues with connection. Or maybe try a wi-fi booster

So it’s an issue with the xboxs WiFi chip

Well, mobile hotspots are not really the most reliable and this could easily be caused by spotty internet connection. I wouldn’t assume there’s an issue with the wifi chip until everything else has been exhausted

It didn’t get any connected they said it got stuck
It would at least be able to connect to the phone it’s self
And @halcyon monolith can still reset the console
