my games GTA V and MK 11 aint launching this is due to some scammer like u guys have outsourced ppl also ig and tht guy called DANMARK made me go to some link called microsoft.com/link and made me enter a code my order history was deleted and was my games i contected before but couldnot get help now i went to rockstart games and they told tht it show tht i own the game alredy on the account with gamer tag IMDREADED2011 so pls help. I have screenshot and emailed rockstar and even they confirmed tht i played the game

my xbox is xbox series s and i had games like gta online gta v MK11 etc but my reward app was not working to i went to support they told to talk with some comunity guy and he took me to microsoft.com/link and enter a code and now my order history about frew games is deleted i have proof tht i owned it .
I tired talking to specialist but he needed proof but even after giving he did not help i tried reseting my console and reinstalling tht didnot work either
