#Series S showing green screen?

My series s has been showing a green screen every time I turn it on, i’ve tried unplugging, holding power button, switching HDMI, but nothing has changed.

Using remote play on the xbox app works fine, but that seems about it.

I’ve tried unplugging my xbox for 5 minutes+ holding the power putting, using a different hdmi cord, basically every xbox troubleshooting technique I know.

Have you tried connecting it to a different display, or different HDMI port if you have more on the TV/monitor?

I don’t know what fixed it, but now it looks to be fine, is there a specific cause of this weird green screen effect? I want to know if I could avoid it.

Hard to say for certain. Could have been an issue with the display, or with the console, or something with both of them and the HDMI signal.
