My xbox didn't update a last year and I've been busy so I haven't really gotten around to fixing it. I have tried multiple times to do the offline update but nothing has happened. I factory reset it..etc. I tried the offline update today and when I click 'offline update' with the USB and files correctly formated, it goes 'something went wrong'. No matter how many times I try, it keeps doing it. Any suggestions?
