#Xbox Series X Occasionally Start Up/Shut Down Loop

My series X recently has started to slow down sometimes. Games wont load properly unless I restart the console. Every once and a while I run into this issue where the console is constantly playing the shut down jingle when restart and it will do this for as long as it wants to. Until I eventually have to hold the nexus (Xbox Button) on the console and then perform a power cycle. I also make sure to keep the console always well ventilated. Its dead silent as I keep dust out of the console. It doesnt seem like an overheating issue or anything like that. I have also replaced the power cord as well in case it wasnt getting power properly, but the issue still is here.

It does this as well with no usb devices connected. Power cycling is a good temporary fix but its occuring more often than it used to and worried its hardware related.

Anyone have any tips/suggestions on what this could be or things I could try? Thanks

Only article similar I could find was this one and none of their solutions helped as a permanent fix it was only temporary. Didnt discuss why the console was performing/acting this way and what happens if it continues to happen increasingly

Decided on just factory resetting the thing in case im missing anything . Now I am getting an error 0x8B050033 stating that the xbox servers are undergoing maintenance but it is trying to update which is definitely a sign
