#Issue with purchasing anything

Basically, on the official Xbox website when I attempt to buy an item (more specifically the ultimate gamepass in my case) I’m not able to even get in the process of purchasing it.

  • I click on obtain gamepass

  • It shows me the advantages, ect then I can click on "join now"

  • i get into a new page where i can click on "join"

  • then i get redirected on a Microsoft page where i have to choose an account so i click on the "connected" one.

  • then there’s two different things that can happen, i EITHER get redirected on the front page of xbox,
    or Microsoft tells me I’ve been disconnected.

That’s it, I’m not able to purchase anything for some reason due to that problem ? I’ve tried on mobile and PC.
