You can not find someone's email or phone number from their gamertag.

You'll need to look through your old emails to try and figure out which email account you used to make your xbox account.

Well, thats the thing i cant it was my dads old email, i have my own email on my account now and it was his old email he does not have it anymore is there not another way i can verify the account is mine?

if you do not have either the original email or the original backup recovery method then it will be very difficult to manage the account
