Wife plays the Sims 4 on our Series X, but she’s been wanting to go back to the Xbox One for a few reasons.
However, she owns a game pack called “Kid’s Room” that is owned on the Series X, but disappears and needs to be purchased on the One.
She bought it with her account less than a year ago. What do I do to fix it?

Most likely case is that it was not bought with her account but was actually bought with a different account on the series X.

Went back and checked both of our accounts on the Series X.
Turns out neither of us own it.
But she has it, and the pack wasn’t given to her via gamepass, or it wouldn’t been taken away already since we haven’t had it in over a year.
It seems like she got it from gamepass ultimate perks in 2021.
But wouldn’t she own it then?

Yes so it should show up in her history and be installable on any Xbox that she logs in to

On the Xbox One it says “$8.99 with ea play” or “buy $9.99”
On the series X it says “manage” or “buy to own $9.99”
And it’s not showing up in installable content anywhere.

What does it say when she views on the website?

I can’t find it on the purchase history. Which is why I feel like I’m crazy.
We’re assuming she got it with ultimate perks in 2021 because that’s when everyone else did.

I’ve never played sims 4. I couldn’t find it on the order history. But I redeemed the perk.
