Do the Elite Controllers have input delay? It feels like my Regular Controller responds quicker than my Elite Roller and i already tried to change its settings to reduce that as much as possible. And yes, its 100% there, in games like For Honor you can feel the difference between both so much cuz the regular one Reacts right away. Anyone knows if this is common or if theres any other reason why im having this issue?

There is no difference in delay between the standard and elite controllers.

You may want to adjust the dead zone or acceleration curves in the Xbox accessories app.

You may also want to adjust the spring tension of the joystick using then little adjuster knob.
