Hiya! The main solution that I think will work is a hard reboot. So, turn off the console by pressing and holding the power button until the light is completely off. Next, unplug the console and leave it unplugged for about 1 to 2 minutes. Lastly, plug the console back in and turn it back on. If done correctly, your controller should work as it should again.
