Hello, I recently attempted to reinstall Red Dead Redemption II to my xbox. However, everytime I insert the disc. It keeps stopping at 15.1%. I am not sure why this is happening, I've tried going to Xbox support and other people for help. Nothing has worked.

I have power cycled my Xbox multiple times, hard reset it, tried downloading the game while offline. Nothing works.

Any advice or is their something I can do to fix it?

You can use the website or mobile app to remotely install the digital download version of the game without purchasing it. Then you can use the disc to launch the game.

Also, I apologize but can you walk me through the steps on how to remotely install the digital download version of the game?

Cancel download. Use xbox mobile app not game pass app to install. Search for rdr2 and click on install to console

Im assume that u have remote downloads enabled
