xbox one wifi issue

It refuses to connect to my wifi but every other device i own does, this is a reoccurring issue
Please help

It just randomly connects like a week later

check if your wifi has open ports

Do you get any erro? Does it automatically reconnect? Do you have to do something to make it work again?

It’s just automatic, sometimes it’s offline for a week and most of the time it’s online

Have you done a factory reset to get all of your network settings back to their defaults?
Have you tried using a different router, or getting it set up at a friends house?
Does it work properly when you use an Ethernet cable instead of WiFi?
