so i been trying to buy xbox stuff with my PayPal but it aint letting me (bared with me i have never done this before) do i have to have a PayPal like credit card or sum?

You do not need a PayPal credit card.
Some things might not be purchasable with PayPal like subscriptions

Oh you need a fully verified PayPal account too, which means an actual bank account or real credit card connected to it. The “PayPal money only” accounts don’t work
