So I got home after school and decided to play on my xbox, but suddenly when I turned it on I couldn’t log in to my account.
I have no idea what the cause of this problem is and I have no idea on how to fix it, I’ve tried restarting the console, doing research on the internet, clearing the cache and nothing worked out for me, I’m a little scared to remove my account from my xbox and trying to log back in so I won’t be trying that until I get some clear information.
@autumn nebula is now also experiencing this problem at the moment and we’re both trying to figure out on how to fix it.
Please help us out!

This is a known outage on the console side. It's being investigated.

I am told that this should now be fixed as well.

It’s still not fixed I’m getting it
