#CANNOT LOG INTO XBOX ACCOUNT. NEED HELP.

Hey guys,

Currently been having this issue for about 2 hours now where I just cannot login to my xbox account. I don't know if my account is still okay, because even though I can log into it on my phone, I cannot log into it on my Xbox Series S even though I know both the email and password are correct.

Ive resetted and factory resetted the entire xbox, checked my wifi, passwords, and I just got done resetting my wifi router completely too. I don't know what to do anymore, it just doesn't work. Even if i fill in the right password and email and the log in works, i just get a loading screen and then I get sent back to a home menu with no xbox accounts registered. I should also add that when I checked if i logging into my alt account was possible, it was. I can log into my alt, but not with my main account with the right password and email.

Anyone know how to fix this? I am so desperate for answers and a solution rn. I've got messages from people whom are very important to me on this account and many important games.

Having the same problem here right now, still researching why this is happening so I can’t give any information about how to fix it, would you mind mentioning in what part of the world you are living in because it seems to be a europe type of problem it seems.

I cannot even log into my main account, but i can into my alt

Yes, We are in fact not the only one, so it is possible that it is a server issue

Alright so after trying again for a few times right now I have succesfully logged back in to my account, so still don't know why this happened and also not sure if I will encounter it again, I don't know if it works again on your side though?

here's a list of what I did in order:

restarted xbox 5 times
removed and installed wifi again from my xbox
reset wifi router entirely
delete xbox account from xbox itself (THIS DOES NOT DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT, IT JUST REMOVES YOUR ACCOUNT FROM THE CONSOLE)
factory reset xbox
log in with alt account and restart again
wait and ragequit
