Xbox 360 profile download issue

So I have an Xbox series S and downloaded viva piñata which is a 360 game but can’t save without downloading a profile (logging in) which when I try to put my password it still says password didn’t match any help would be appreciated

Code 8007274D popped up which on the internet other people are having the same issue

I’ve tried resetting everything uninstalling reinstalling clearing storage to see if it fixed it and still nothing

Yeah, that’s a known issue currently that Xbox are aware of
