Becuase those are 2 separate games

Some games have a specific xbox one variant of the game e.g. EA fc that are separate

so if there is a separate Xbox One version and a separate Xbox Series version you coudl download teh legacy game.

If it is a smart game where there i only one version it will install the correct thing automatically
