#lock in doesnt work

For some reason i cant lock in into my xbox account on xbox series s. Im not banned or something, i alreadd checked. Can someone help me?

Idk my suggestion is to try logging in to Xbox.com from a web browser to ensure there is no problem with your username/password/accoubt

Beyond that someone else may have a suggestion though
