I want to check whether this email is legit

My microsoft account was hacked, I did the recovery thing, and I got a account recovery form from the email OnDemand Answers [e-mail] , I clicked connect with specialist, after a bit of chatting with him he sent me a email from
Xbox Support [e-mail]
