#My clips are showing up in 30 fps even though I check marked 60 fps

sorry if this is the wrong place to ask this, but I'm on a PC and when I use xbox gamebar i check 60 fps for recording, but when i save the clip, its always played in 31-32 fps (when I click properties for my clips, it always says 31.60 frame rate or something like that, and I can tell its more choppy)

i check the 60 fps option in the captures settings in windows, but when i clip my gameplay, the recording is very choppy and when i go to properties, it says the clip is in 31.60 framerate
