My account has been randomly suspended for a Minecraft group post I made with no real reasoning of to why, I did not break any of the community guideline rules. How do I get unsuspended?

I simply made a Minecraft group post on my Xbox Series X I tried contacting them nothing worked they just say I am suspended. I have been wrongly suspended with no reasoning of why other than "Come join my backrooms world" which I'm not understanding how that is breaking any rules.
