When playing Fortnite, my microphone on my headphones dont work. They're not really gaming headphones and I dont even wear the headphones to listen to the game, I use speakers, but I only wear them because of the microphone. I have always plugged my headphones (which use usb-a) into one of the usb-a ports on my Xbox. The microphone used to work but it just suddenly stopped working like a few months ago. I've tried unplugging them and replugging them, turning the on/off button off and on again, setting the Fortnite voice chat settings to push to talk, switching the port that I plug it into, and joining and unjoining an Xbox party. I haven't found anything by searching for the issue. The light on the microphone is showing, indicating that it's on, but no sound goes into voice chat. I can also hear other people in the voice chat but other people can't hear me. Any help would be much appreciated.
