I'm trying to connect 2 controllers, one in the front and one in the back. The front recognizes one but when I plug in the second to the rear in either spot it's not recognizing it. I saw on one post on Microsoft's website that if I power it off and then power it back on with the USB plugged in that it'll recognize it. I tried that and it didn't work.

For the controller that plugs into the front of the console it's assigned to a profile but it's not recognizing the other controller.
