Headset issue

for people that have both a ps5 and a series x.

does anyone else have an issue where on ps5 your headphones will work fine but on xbox they barely work and the sound will cut in and out?

Make sure that the headset you are using is actually compatible with both devices, lots of headsets are only made for one.
