I have a friend who said that my account is not rare. Since every account is that same and they all have hashtags. Is that true? I don't understand really since i found my old account and i have a 3 Lettered account. Is it rare? It does not have a hashtag

No account is rare. There are just fewer three letter accounts because there's fewer combination possibilities with only three characters.
