When I turn on my Xbox one s it turns on for 1 second and then turns off I have had it for about 7-8 years and it has started doing this yesterday and idk what to do can someone please help me

Its turning of because of the cooling the CPU is over heating so i cleaned my Xbox from dust and replaced the thermal paste

#

But it might just be from dust

Imma try opening it and cleaning it rq not that hard to open
