I’ve been having an issue for months about me always hearing an annoying static noise, and I checked my PC’s audio, Voice Meeter’s audio, Capture Card’s audio and everything is fine. Everything is the way is supposed to be.
The Xbox is the reason why that noise go through the capture card and I don’t know how to fix it.
