Do you know why I can’t connect my Xbox to a tv. I’ve been connecting my xbox to my gaming monitor for past two years and it was working perfectly. Now I want to connect it to my tv and it doesn’t seem to respond . It show a black screen. Any ideas? (Xbox series S)

It’s likely one of these:
- Faulty cable, if it works with the monitor then unlikely
- HDMI port on TV damaged - try another port if available.
- Make sure you are on the correct HDMI channel
- The tv’s display settings are different to that of the monitors and therefore is unable to display based on the current settings enabled on the xbox
