headphones bruh

My headphones only work for voice chat.. is there like a setting or something that messed it up.. please help I wanna listen to my music again

Oh btw I've tried looking in setting and changing some of it but didn't work.

And there's no error code cause nobody seems to have this.. problem

If your headphones are not transmitting game sound then the console thinks your headphones are mono. If they used to work before I'd check to make sure that the plug is fully seated and isn't damaged.

The headset is bent on the tiniest angle, and it's always plugged in as much as it can go, is there any settings I can change to perhaps get it off mono?
