Xbox says 'not connected to internet' even though I do and I couldn't login

my xbox app on windows 10 says it can't connect to internet even though I do, what should I do?
There's no useful articles or guides online that works, I've tried uninstalling, repairing, manually uninstalling via powershell, restarting nothing works
