I can sign into my account just fine, but everytime I try to enter into a game it stays into the loading screen. Yes it may sound normal, but the thing is the game is fully functioning while I'm still on the loading screen. Am I the only one that faced this problem? If not, please give me tips!

After I went to gamestop and put 20 dollars on the Xbox, it started acting up. I thought the servers were down but it's still happening at this moment. It seems that the game is still functional but I'm stuck at the loading screen still.
I tried to reset my internet, and restart but it didn't work. I did research but I couldn't find anything similar to this problem

If that doesn't make sense here's an example:
When I get on fortnite. The songs are playing, and I can move around in the game. That means the game is functioning but the loading screen is still showing
