My game doesn't allow me to go online but when I shared the game with my friend he's account allows him to go online
So you can play the game but you can’t do multiplayer?

The guy who owns the game does not have online subscription where as the guy who has the shared game has subscription and works
Is that the reason why it doesn't work for me ?

okay, then yea that isn't how it works.
The person that buys the game owns the game.
There is not 'game sharing/account sharing' allowed with friends. Those features are only for people who live together.
