so i have gotten a new xbox and i have this issue with the controller thats really slow and delayed

and when i play my sensetivity glides like basically when someone is on ice it goes everywhere

and the controller is new had it for 2 weeks no destruction

Since the xbox is new have you done the update for the controller?

Do you have a other controller to try or can you try that controller on a other device like a other xbox or PC or mobile

Too me your just not using the controller as intended it looks like your smashing the trigger and buttons. But any case if the controller is defetive you would need to take it back for a replacement,

the controller is fine on my old xbox it was perfect and when i swapped xboxes to a new one the xbox series x this is when the issue started

The Xbox and controller to me if i brought something new got home and it was defetive i would be talking it back and asking for a refund or a replacement.
