#Xbox recovery problem

Hey so I’ve been trying to get back into my Xbox account for like 4 months and I’ve done pretty much everything that i could possibly think of, tried calling them which all resorted into them telling me the same thing or even just leaving the call but basically I don’t have the number or email anymore it was my dads information when he made the account about some years ago. I asked him if he had the old email and told me he deleted it.

So I’m kinda in this position where like is my Xbox done for? Because I have many hours and spent a unholy amount of money on it and I don’t want it to be all the waste

you would need too go though the account recover process with ASCR but it sounds like its your Dads account not yours so your not the account holder.
