#controller side wont go in place

The left side of my controller wont go into place its the back cover like where the middle of Youre fingers go when u hold a controller it pops into place for the side touching the back part but it wont lock in for the front part ive tried pushing it, taking it off and putting it back ik its sm to do with in the controller because i put the sode peice on another controller and it fits fine idk what to tho i cant take ot completely apart tho cause i dont have a T8 screw driver
