keyboard and mouse not working

so the problem is i cant use my mouse and keyboard it just doesnt work ive tried replugging it and checking the settings even console updates and theres not even any error codes i cant find anything please someone help

Only some games support mouse and keyboard. And as far as I remember the dashboard doesn’t support mouse at all. So make sure you’re testing in a game or app (like Edge) that would use them

yea ive tried that and it doesnt work it always worked in like minecraft, fortnite or even roblox and now it doesnt

I’m going to assume you tried restarting the Xbox?
