several confusing issues ?

My games will only go to the opening screen right now and they just load forever…my wifi is fine but nothing is loading at all. They’re also offline games not working.

I also set up CoD to install last night but it didn’t install, I have my settings set to install when it’s off and asleep but nothing.

Then I tried to reinstall Spotify because I uninstalled it to try something else and it said it was fully installed then just disappeared…it’s not in my library or anything.

What’s going on?
