Hello, For some reason my account is on a child-lock system due to the fact that My Father has created a family to monitor my sister but unfortunately my account has been affected by the childlock that has been placed on her account! Due to this I cannot play with other people or play anything fill related on Fortnite! My dad has no idea what his Microsoft account is to fix this issue.. Do I call Xbox support and ask them to remove it because he forgot his information or what do I do?! I’m 20 years old and this is very frustrating and infuriating 😂😂

A child account automatically becomes an adult account when they turn 18. Something else might be happening. Try explaining what you’re trying to do and what’s your error.
