whenever i try to update ow2 it says “Installation stopped” and when i try to update or install another game it works perfectly fine.

1- I’ve changed my region, restarted my xbox, did that power cycle thing and nothing happened the problem is still happening
2- same as number 1
3- it’s just a small black message on the bottom of my screen
i just updated fortnite and nothing is wrong about it
but when i try to update ow2 it just doesn’t update
