trying to play a game but it doesn't seem to want to play

I have just recently bought the crew 2 on my xbox but everytime I load it and press continue to play it crashes and goes to the home menu please help

I do not get an error code it just takes me straight to the home menu and that's it after I press to continue to play

And I have an xbox one x I have tried restarting it and closing app and everything it does not work
